Temp to hire gives you the opportunity to "try before you buy". We recruit and vet the candidate in accordance with our schools employment procedure. You will then employ the individual in your school on a temporary basis, you can use this time to determine his/her suitability to the role. The candidate will be paid by ourselves until you decide to employ the candidate on a permanent basis
Daily Supply Teaching: This method of recruitment allows you to employ our personnel on an "as needed" basis, a supply position can last anything from a day to a few weeks. You can employ a supply teacher for immediate teaching cover, this is useful when dealing with unexpected absences, increased work loads, special assignments
Permenant Placements: After careful review of your school/companies requirements we will introduce candidates that meet your exact specifications and requirements for your consideration. Prior to introductions and interview the candidate would have been previously screened, interview and selected had documents and identity verified. The candidates qualifications, skills, personality and experience would have also been checked for suitability to the vacant position. We are so confident that you will accept a candidate we introduce to you, we only invoice on acceptance of one of our clients.
